Mike Sirchuk is the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Swa Technology. A highly accomplished technology executive, he has 12 years of leadership experience, driving digital transformation and operational excellence across global systems, and over 20 years of technical experience.

His career includes Director roles at Nike, where he led Site Reliability Engineering teams focused on direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Mike managed release engineering at Staples and held technical project management positions at Arrow Electronics and Intel for Siemens Business Corp. Known for consistently turning disorder into organized, scalable systems, Mike is recognized for his strategic outlook while having the ability to solve complex business problems. He knows how to lead multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in reliability, operations, and stability across global environments.

As Director of Mobile App Delivery for the Nike App, Mike played a key role in delivering and launching the product in 2016. Notable achievements include reducing order cancellations by 3% (saving $58M), automating over 1,000 hours of manual work, and implementing end-to-end SAP ERP observability.

After Nike, Mike, along with a few former colleagues, began development on an enterprise grade AI orchestration system, first connecting to ChatGPT and Perplexity to perform tasks, and then to many others. Mike has rallied dozens of people to contribute to Swa, inspired by his vision of democratizing cutting-edge tools for business.
