Careers at Swa

Build the Future with Us

At Swa, we’re building something different—a multi-agent AI platform that helps businesses seamlessly integrate and automate tasks without the complexity of managing multiple AI tools. Our goal is to make AI work for companies, not the other way around.

Who We Are

We’re a fast-moving, problem-solving team that thrives on innovation and execution. Headquartered in Camas, Washington, with an office in Kannur, India, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for talented individuals who want to shape the future of AI-powered business automation.

How We Work

• Collaboration & Ownership: We believe great work happens when smart, driven people take ownership of their ideas and execute them.

• Remote-Friendly, flexible environment: We work to live, not live to work. Life happens and not everyone is here for the 9-5. We set expectations and we meet them.

• Global Growth: In India, we’re hiring remote talent today, with plans to open a second office in Mangalore in the future.

• Fast-Paced & Pragmatic: We move quickly but stay focused on what truly matters—delivering real value to customers and iterating based on what works.

Who We’re Looking For

We hire people, not just job titles.

Yes, we have roles we need to fill today—but we’re just as focused on what we’ll need tomorrow. If you see an open position that fits, we’d love for you to apply. But don’t stop there. Tell us not just what you can do, but what you want to do.

Maybe you’re a project manager today, but you see yourself shaping product strategy tomorrow. Or maybe your technical skills go beyond the job description, and you’re eager to make a bigger impact. We want to know.

At Swa, we believe the best work happens when people are doing what they’re great at and what excites them. Let’s figure out how we can make that happen—together.
