How Swa SMS Works
Swa SMS lets your team interact with AI directly through text messages. Your workspace administrator registers authorized phone numbers through the Swa Admin Portal. Once registered, each user receives a confirmation SMS to opt in.
Phone Number
Double Opt-In Process
Swa uses a double opt-in process to ensure consent:
- Step 1: Your workspace administrator registers your phone number in the Admin Portal
- Step 2: You receive a confirmation SMS from Swa
- Step 3: You reply YES to confirm and activate the service. The status field in the Admin Portal will show as "pending" until this is complete.
- Step 4: Text your questions to (513) 327-5792 to get AI-powered responses
Confirmation Message
When your administrator registers your number, you will receive the following message:
You must reply YES to activate your account. No messages will be sent until you confirm.
How It Looks

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage. Swa SMS is conversational and user-initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier fees from your mobile provider apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from Swa.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Swa SMS message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from Swa.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network coverage and availability.
Privacy
Phone numbers and messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS delivery is powered by Twilio's secure infrastructure.
We do not share your phone number or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain a rolling window of the 8 most recent messages for context continuity, which are automatically purged after 24 hours. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
