Admin panel
Every control in one place.
One screen to run AI on.
Users, agents, models, spend, connected systems, and adoption. The questions a board asks about AI have answers on one screen, rather than in an export somebody has to reconcile the night before.
Live dashboards, next to the controls that change them.
What an admin needs
See it, control it, account for it.
See it
Live dashboards for usage, cost, and adoption, team by team. Who has picked it up, what they are using it for, and what that came to.
Control it
Add people, scope roles, publish agents, choose which models a team may reach, and switch on the compliance modules that team is held to.
Account for it
Per-team budgets and caps, every request traceable to the person, agent, or automation behind it, and an offboarding path that actually clears the data.
Running the platform
The controls sit next to the numbers.
Most AI reporting tells you what happened and leaves you to go somewhere else to do anything about it. Here the dashboard showing a team's usage is the same screen where you change what that team is allowed to do.

Live dashboard
Usage, cost, and adoption as they happen, for every team. The answer to what your people are using and what it costs is a screen, not a request to somebody.
Users and teams
Add people, group them the way the business is actually organized, and scope each role to what that role needs. Permissions follow a person onto every surface Swa runs on.
Model management
Choose which of the 23+ models a given team may reach, and let Swa route between them. Turn one off and nothing else has to change.
Agents
Review what the business has built, publish the ones that should be shared, and see which are actually being used rather than which were created and forgotten.
Spend
Finance gets one picture, not a per-tool sprawl.
Every product, channel, and model draws on one balance. Set budgets and caps per team, and trace any request back to the person, agent, or automation that ran it.
Governance controls
The rules are settings, not promises.
Compliance on Swa is configured rather than assumed. An admin switches on the modules a workspace is held to, and from that point every request in that workspace is checked before it leaves.

Compliance modules
Twelve composable regulation modules, switched on per workspace. Requests are inspected for PII, PHI, and PCI, and only eligible models see them.
Offboarding that finishes the job
Close an account and sign-in is blocked, live sessions are revoked, and a scheduled sweep clears the stored files and search index entries. Not just a password reset.
Budgets and caps
Finance sets the guardrails per team rather than discovering the number afterwards. Every request is priced and recorded as it happens.
Adoption, team by team
Who has picked it up and who has not, on the same screen as access and spend. You can see where a rollout stalled without running a survey to find out.
Get started
See the panel with your own teams in it.
Bring one team on, switch on the rules they are held to, and look at the screen you would actually be running this from.
