Expert AI services

The software is the easy part.
Doing the work is the rest of it.

A portfolio of fixed-scope engagements that take an organization from talking about AI to running it: readiness, governance, agents, integrations, adoption. Every one has a set length and something written at the end of it. Run them on Swa, or on the AI stack you already have.

Delivered by Swa or a Swa partner, to the same definition.

The portfolio

Seven engagements, each one with an end date.

Every package has a fixed length, agreed before the work starts, and something that arrives in writing when it finishes. Nothing here is open-ended, and nothing here bills by the hour until somebody notices.

AI Readiness Review

Where AI is already being used across the business, what it is costing, and which of it nobody is governing. Interviews with the teams using it, a look at the tools actually in play, and the spend nobody has added up. You get a written assessment, a ranked list of what to fix first, and a plan for the next 90 days.

Governance Foundation

The rules each part of the business is held to, turned into configuration rather than a policy document nobody opens: access, the compliance modules for that workspace, retention, and audit recording switched on where a regulator expects a trail. You get a configured environment and a written record of what is enforced where.

Agent Build

Pick the job nobody wants to do on Mondays and build the agent with the team that owns it. They describe the work in plain English, we build alongside them, and they finish able to build the next one without calling anybody. You get working agents in production and a team that can add to them.

Systems Connect

Connect the systems the work already lives in, with permissions scoped so that a connection is a permission rather than a free pass. You get live connections, tested, and a written map of what each one is allowed to reach.

Adoption Program

Bought is the easy half. A rollout team by team, enablement sessions run live, and a measure of who has actually picked it up rather than who attended the training. You get usage reporting your finance team will accept as evidence.

Model and Cost Review

Which work needs a premium model and which does not, what the current mix costs to run, and what changes if the same work is routed differently. You get a model map, a cost baseline, and the routing changes worth making.

Executive Leadership Training

A working session for the leadership team, so the decisions about AI rest on more than the buzzwords. Who the major players are and how they differ, how AI is priced and what a token actually is, where the industry really stands today, and what AGI does and does not mean. You get a leadership briefing and a written summary the team can keep.

Where each one fits: the platform, step by step. Work that does not fit one of these is scoped as its own engagement, with the same rule: a stated length and a stated deliverable. Talk to sales.

How it is bought

Bundled with Swa, or bought on its own.

The packages above are the same either way. What changes is how much of the first week goes on plumbing, and how much of it goes on your business.

Two people working through a plan together

With a Swa subscription

Attach a package to a Swa account and the work starts on a platform that is already built for it. Governance, metering, and the audit trail are settings rather than a project, so the engagement spends its time on the decisions only you can make. Most customers start here because it is the shorter route to something running.

On the stack you already run

The packages do not assume Swa. If your AI is spread across a mix of providers, tools, and departmental subscriptions, the readiness, governance, and adoption work applies exactly as written, and you keep what you have. If the platform would get you there faster we will say so, once, and you are free to ignore it.

Who delivers

Delivered by Swa or a Swa partner, to one definition.

Every package is defined once. Whether Swa runs it or a Swa partner does, the customer gets the same engagement.

  • The definition does not change with the deliverer. Same scope, same length, same deliverable, whoever runs it.
  • One plan and one point of contact. The customer sees a single engagement.

Where to start

Start with the readiness review.

A fixed length, a written plan at the end, and no requirement to buy a platform to get something out of it. If the plan says do it yourself, that is a fine outcome.
