Create your free Swa account
Sign up at solo.swa-ai.com with your email. This is the account Swa uses inside Zoom.
Add Swa from the Zoom App Marketplace
Open the Swa listing on the Zoom App Marketplace, click Add, review the permissions, and authorize.
Message Swa in Zoom
Open Zoom Team Chat, start a chat with Swa or mention it in a channel, connect your Swa account once, and ask away.
For Zoom account admins: approving Swa
Many Zoom accounts require an admin to pre-approve an app before members can add it. If that is your account, an admin approves Swa once and everyone can install it.
Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace as an account owner or admin.
Open Manage, then Permission Management (or search for Swa and open its listing).
Find Swa and choose Approve (or Pre-approve) for your account. You can allow it for the whole account or for specific groups.
Once approved, members add Swa with the Add to Zoom button above and sign in with their Swa account.

How to talk to Swa
Mention it, then ask in plain language
Swa understands normal sentences, so there is nothing to memorize. Mention it in a channel or send it a direct message and ask for what you need.
A few quick helper commands are available too, such as /swa help to see what Swa can do and /swa connect to link your account.
How to remove Swa
From a single chat or channel
- Open the chat or channel where Swa was added.
- Open the member or apps list, select Swa, and choose Remove.
From your entire Zoom account
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage, then Added Apps, or search for Swa.
- Open the Swa app and click Remove.
Removing the app revokes its access to your Zoom account. To delete the data tied to your Swa account, contact support@swa-ai.com.
What Swa can access
- Swa reads a message only when you mention it or send it a chat. It does not read messages it is not part of.
- It uses your Zoom identity to know who is asking, so replies come back to the right person.
- It sends your request to the AI model best suited to answer, then posts the reply back into Zoom.
- Your connection is encrypted in transit (TLS), and any account tokens are stored securely and never shared.
- Exact OAuth scopes are confirmed on the Zoom Marketplace listing.
Your data stays yours
Swa keeps zero retention by default, configurable for your account. Your messages are used to answer your request, not to train models. Your organization can restrict which providers and regions are used. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
